 No matter if it is a fundraiser, a dynamic party, a corporate extravaganza,  a black-tie gala, a corporate retreat, holiday party or a simple luncheon, Valley Events Inc. is a one stop shop for entertainment, theme ideas, rental and party decor organization. We do it all with cost efficiency in mind and a smile.  There are so many details that go into planning an event, and we can take on as much as you need.

Whether it simply be to book entertainment or worry about all elements of the event including catering and rentals. We will work directly with you, your venue staff, vendors, and other event professionals to ensure a fully integrated and seamless event program.

Wedding Planning

We will help you plan your event by providing information about caterers, decorators, disc jockeys, and all other vendors to fill out the event. We are available at any time you would like to meet and will be there every step of the way. We are on site during all aspects from beginning to end and act as a liaison between yourself and the staff. Again, our goal is assure that you enjoy your day and spend it with your family and friends, not the caterer or the entertainment. On larger events, my husband and co-founder will assist on site. I also have a small staff on call if necessary.

Contracts are negotiated on a case by case basis and are customized to your budget and needs.

Bartending Service



Valley Events, Inc. also provides licenced and bonded bartenders for any event. We can tend hosted bar or cash bar situations. If your event requires more than just the bartenders, Valley Events is happy to rent any glassware or service supplies needed for your event.  We are also happy to assist in ordering the beverages. All rental orders and beverage orders will be done in the client’s name and will be either picked up or delivered to the event  site based upon the client’s preferences.

 

Basics:

• A bartender fee of $35 per hour per bartender.
• 15% handling fee for all rental ordering and liquor ordering.
