From completely producing an event (conceptualization, budgeting, contacting talent, staging and audio visual) to providing individual consulting services for smaller events. Valley Events, Inc. is your source. We are a full service mobile event stage rental service. We own the best in the business, Stageline staging. If you are an event planner looking for a stage for your next event that is quick to set-up and can go anywhere, we are your first call.

Our hydraulic stage has been described as a phenomenon of design and mechanical ingenuity, our mobile staging has radically simplified the organization of outdoor shows and events. What was once impossible is now possible: putting on a big open-air event in the space of a single day. Our staging can be used anywhere for concerts, festivals, fairs, corporate parties, trade shows, political events... the possibilities are endless. The stage takes 30 minutes to erect with one of our trained event technicians.

The only all-aluminum mobile unit featuring a fully hydraulic stage set-up. Unit offering a total rigging capacity of 5,400 lbs (2,450 kg) and strong enough to raise the roof loaded with 3,800 lbs (1,725 kg) of sound, lights, banners and sets. Multiple deck configurations ranging from band-shell to a full professional-sized stage.

Rental of the unit includes set-up, on site event troubleshooting, maintenance, travel and strike.
